How To Place An Order

Register Online
This screen should begin with the following copy and show a non-functional copy of the registration form below.
Copy – The first step in the order process is to register as a Transcribe-NOW customer. Please complete all the required fields INCLUDING your e-mail and phone number. Your e-mail address is critical because we will be sending you frequent e-mail messages and your transcript moves through the production process. Please note that we do not ask for your credit-card information at this stage or store it in our system. You will be asked for that information each time you place an order.

Choose Your Turn Around Speed.
How quickly do your really need your transcript? You can reduce your cost substantially by choosing Two-Day or Five-Day Turn Around.

Place Your Order & Upload Your Files
Once you have registered as a Transcribe-NOW user you are ready to place your first order and upload your first audio file for transcription. Please complete all fields and make sure you include your cell-phone number. If we have questions and can’t reach you, your transcript could be delayed. It is only at this stage that your credit card information will be requested. While your card will be authenticated at this time, your card will not be charged until your transcript is delivered.

Track Your Order
Keep an eye on your e-mail because we will be sending you a message every time your project clears a milestone in our production process. We will let you know when your file reaches us, when it is assigned to a transcriber, when transcription is complete and your project moves on to our proofing editors and finally when your finished transcript has been sent to you via e-mail. You will always know where your project is.

Receive Your Transcript
Only after your transcript has been completed and proofed by our editors will it be sent to you. This added proofing by our editors is a critical element of our quality control process and why we know your transcript will be absolutely accurate.
