PRICING AND FORMATS
  1. What is your turn around time?

    2. We provide the following turn around times:

    • Overnight Turnaround \ 8Hrs- Send us your audio file by 6PM PST and you will have your finished transcript waiting in your in-box by 9AM PST the next business day morning.

    • Two business Day Turnaround - Send us your audio file by 6PM PST and you will have your finished transcript waiting in your in-box by 9AM PST the morning of the second business day following your order.

    • Five Business Day Turnaround - Send us your audio file by 6PM PST to have finished transcript waiting in your in-box by 9AM PST on the 5th business day following your order. This is the most economical choice.


  2. What are your rates?

    3. We charge by the minute of audio. The transcript cost varies based on turn around time and difficulty. Below is our pricing structure:

      Number of Speakers 8 Hrs* 48 Hrs 5 Days
      Normal(1-2 speakers) $2.50 $2.00 $1.25
      Difficult(3-4 Speakers) $2.75 $2.25 $1.75
      Focus Group(5+Speakers) $3.50 $3.00 $2.50

  3. Can you produce documents in my company style/formatting?

    4. If the format is not very complicated and the business is regular we can format it to your requirement.

  4. Can you add time codes to transcript?

    5. Time codes can be added to transcripts for an extra charge

  5. What kind of audio formats do you accept?

    6. We accept audio files in mp3, WAV and WMA file format .

  6. In what formats are finished Transcriptions delivered?

    7. Finished transcriptions are delivered in Word Format .

  1. How are finished transcriptions delivered?

    2. The finished transcriptions are delivered through email . For regular customers through FTP uploads.

  2. How are errors and omissions handled?

    3. All transcriptions are proofread before they are delivered. However, in case of any errors or omissions we will correct it free of charge upon notification.

  3. How do we start using your transcription services ?

    • Register at Transcribe-Now.com

    • Login and click on Place Order menu item

    • Submit delivery and transcript details.

    • Upload files.

    • Click on Pay Now to pay using your Credit Card or Pay pal account.

    • Receive an email once the order is confirmed.


  4. I think I lost a transcript you did for me. Is there any way I can get a copy?

    5. For billing purposes we keep the files for 90 days. We will try to honor your request if received in this timeframe.

  5. What payment methods do you accept & When will payment be due?

    6. We accept payments through

    • credit card

    • pay pal

    Payment is deducted immediately on placing order online.

  6. What measures are taken incase the length of audio file mentioned while uploads is different from the actual length?

    7. Once the order is placed by the customer, we verify the order details with regards to length of audio file, payment terms, etc. Incase of any difference or default, the customer is contacted and appropriate action is taken.

  7. What is the procedure of handling extra payments or refunds that need to be made to customers?

    8. An email will be sent out to customers in such cases, with a link that will direct them to make extra payment on their transaction. Refunds will be made to the customer account, and an email confirming the same will be sent out.

  8. What are your hours of operation?

    9. We operate 24 hours from Monday to Friday, PST

  9. What other services do you offer?

    10. In addition to our transcription service we also provide summarization of transcripts..

  10. What is the guarantee of my transcript's confidentiality?

    11. We have several safeguards to ensure confidentiality. By using only encrypted e-mail and/or our own File Transfer Protocol site (FTP) it is virtually impossible for files to go astray. We also ensure that the transcript created for you is solely for your purpose and not reused for any other purpose without your written consent.

  11. Can you help me get my college transcript?

    12. Transcribe-Now provides transcription services that transcribe audio events into text. Unfortunately our expertise is not in retrieval of college transcripts, hence we will not be able to assist with college transcript request.
